and accessories. Our initial product lines will be geared around 1:6
scale military figures, but we plan to offer other types of figures

| Making A Purchase Making
a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click
on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the Ammo Box.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will
be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the
order.
We accept Mastercard and Visa, Money Orders, Cashiers
Checks and personal checks. All orders which have verified payment
will be shipped within two days unless we are out of stock on your
chosen item. In that case we will contact you to give you the option
to wait until we receive a shipment or to cancel your order. Items
purchased by check will be held for 10 days to insure that the check
clears the bank. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Checks
should be made out to "Toy Chest and Collectibles". Orders placed
with a credit card are filled immediately. Money Order and Personal
Check orders are filled ONLY after the payment has arrived to our
office. The best way to guarantee that we will still have your item
in stock is to pay with a credit card.

| Shipping And Handling
Shipping is based on the number
of items. You will be presented with shipping costs in the shopping
cart along with shipping options. |

| Back Orders If
your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always
be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait. |

| Tax Charges
For orders made from
withinGeorgia, we must collect 7% sales tax. All other orders are
tax free. |

| Credit Card Security We
know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in
the software when the order is placed. The orders are printed directly
from our secure server. |

| Policies We
guarantee that the products we sell are new, and never have been removed
from the box unless otherwise noted. A 15% restocking fee is applied
to ANY unopened item. Our items are considered collectibles, so the
condition of the packaging is very important to the value of the product.
No refunds will be given on items which were sold in closed packaging
and were subsequently opened unless there is an obvious manufacturers
defect.If an item has a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it
with a like item free of charge. If we are out of stock, we will give
you the option of receiving a refund of your money or give you store
credit once we have received the defective item. Returned items that
were found defective must be complete with all printed materials,
accessories and packaging. A copy of the original invoice/receipt
must also be included along with a description of the problem with
the merchandise. There are no refunds on Vintage Items or Custom Items.
Ask as many questions about vintage and custom items as you would
like to prior to making the purchase. |

Orders Place
International orders AT YOUR OWN RISK.
We cannot be held liable for packages that do not arrive to international
destinations. We ship all international orders by Postal Mail. There
is essentially no way to track or confirm the arrival of a package
in Non-US countries. There have been occassions of Non-US customs
officials confiscating, opening, and breaking products while inspecting
the packages. Some of the action figures we sell are considered controversial
and may not be allowed in some countries. We can provide a "proof
of shipping" notice from the US Postal Service, but
WE WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND FOR ITEMS WE SHIPPED THAT DID NOT ARRIVE
DUE TO POLICIES OR MISTAKES MADE ON THE PART OF NON-US ENTITIES. Once
again, ORDER AT YOU OWN RISK IF YOU ARE NOT ORDERING WITHIN THE USA. |
